ANTS website : bad gateway

anyone else having difficulty accessing ANTS… it takes me so far… then hangs… and suddenly tells me Bad Gateway and other blurb…

I’ve no idea what it means…

But I was able to access it from here without any issue.

I had no problems yesterday… today, it took me right into my account then when I pressed the button to “continue” with my “demande”… it threw a wobbly…

I don’t have an account so have no need to progress further than I did.
Perhaps try again a little later in case there is an internet issue somewhere along the line… :thinking:
Did you try any of the options in the post about 502 errors?

Stella - I’ve found that when the ANTS website is working, it’s great. But when is the operative word as it is frequently inaccessible.

I’ve found that it is generally more reliable in the evening - from 7pm onwards I’ve never had a problem.

it asked me for so many documents… and they took ages to get over to 'em in the past few days … perhaps I’ve put the wind up 'em and they’re saying… oh no… not her again !!!

A number of government websites accessible via FranceConnect have recently been the subject of internet attacks, so the government unplugged the connection between FranceConnect and a number of its official sites - it might be a knock on effect ?

I’ve read something about that… and could have understood if FranceConnect had been “the problem”… but I have actually got into my ANTS account page… and then “got stuck” when trying to continue …
ah well… it’s on the back-burner for the moment… as you say… knock-on effect might be one ingredient in the current mess…
