Anybody else having trouble with access to Orange emails?
Or is it just me?
Anybody else having trouble with access to Orange emails?
Or is it just me?
It’s played me up a few times recently. Won’t go in or takes an age. Usually a morning problem and often weekends. Always comes right eventually.
Yes same here, but this is different. I was able to get in at around 7 this morning, but not since. The helpline is overwhelmed so maybe that is a good sign.
Ours decides our passwords are no longer valid and won’t let us in on a regular basis. Has done it today on one account.
I had the same issue a while back. It turns out there was some technical glitch on their end.
Great relief to know it was the fault of Orange…
the air was (French)Blue yesterday morning in the Mairie
Well it came back again this morning, with a very long list of incoming mails backed up. Went through them all immediately, threw out the dross and the dangerous, saved what was needed for later and read a couple. Then went to get my shower and breakfast, came back and it has gone again.
One of the emails was from Aviva notifying me of my house insurance due date, the only one I have left with them, but instead of the usual greeting from the boss of the agency informing me of when and how much, I was invited to click a link and enter my password. The same password I have used for years but apparently does not work anymore. So still non the wiser. No doubt they will remind me again some time. What happened to personal service? It was personal enough when I moved my cars and health from them after they refused to insure my dog, he was very bitter then. Well he can be bitter again as I will search anew.
Sounds iffy to me… personally I don’t “click a link” that lies within any email (or SMS for that matter) …
and why should your email differ from its usual format… Aviva’s computer will spit out the usual stuff to all its customers…
so to me, this “oddball” email you have received sounds more and more “iffy”…
Yes, I am amazed at myself in view of my very recent experience that I did so and kicked myself immediately afterwards. It won’t happen again and I will write to the Agency asking for details after I have checked my own records to see if it is really due.
