Hi everyone, I’ve not had any other correspondance to describe the above request? Can anyone help me understand what they are asking for please? Has anyone seen this before?
What are you trying to achieve.. ie what have you gone on line for ???
a justification… might be proof of address…. proof of income… proof that you are alive…. and so on and so on… 
with so little info, it’s a bit like a piece of string
whatever you have gone online for.. there should be a list of required documents/justifications… so take a peek and see what they want versus what you have provided.

Thanks Stella, it’s for the exchange of a UK driving licence (test past in 1999) into a french one. I’ve been through the list and nothing is missing, all the essential documents were provided which is why i’m struggling. Just wondered if anyone had found themselves in the same situation and how they got out of it?
Is there a Message facility so you can ask them which justification they reckon they now require… ??
meanwhile.. give us a list of what docs/justifications you’ve already provided and perhaps someone here can crosscheck with what they’ve successfully done… ??
One of the supporting documents you’ve uploaded is too old according the agent doing the processing of your request. Needs to be less than 4 months old.
If you open your application, there should be an indication against the uploaded file in question.
My money’s on it being a utility bill or re-use of a photo from a previous application.

I had a message like this and it was my UK attesation de droits that was deemed too old because ANTS had taken more than 6 months to look at the bloody thing.

That may well be right (and probably is ) but message doesn’t say that? Just that one has 4 months to reply?

Just to close this thread out incase it helps someone else, it turned out for me that the missing piece of information was a seperate document to substantiate my arrival date in France. I thought I had covered that with other uploads but apparently not. from what I can tell from the experience of others too, it anyone ever receives this message it is as Stella said: it can refer to anything on the original list which is missing, so a systematic check is needed to ensure each has been satisfied. Thanks again for the help.
