Does anyone know what the score is with warranties on appliances bought in the UK and shipped to France. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think they’ll cover repairs unless you can get it back to the UK unless the cover specifically says EU cover. This is certainly the case with credit card appliance cover, items purchased in the UK but situated in France are not covered (we checked with Natwest for our recent purchase of a tumble dryer from Pixmania).
