What I mean to say is....are you adding extras for your clients....like croquet for kids and adults...
boules....COOKING FUN......we have purchased an outside pizza oven......lots of baking goodies.
We try and add something new each year. We get good return business and it feels like a sound investment to continue to develop the services and facilities we offer. The feedback from guests is also positive; they say they feel we are not resting on our laurels and the changes (even small ones) add to the sense we want the experience to work for them just as much as we want the business to work for us.
