Battery Strimmers

Hello, OH has a Stihl battery strimmer where you carry the battery in a backpack. Shows a light to confirm it’s fully recharched. All ok so far but justs shows the light but nothing else works!

Any ideas or knowledge of dealers (s.dordogne).

I had one that did that and had to replace the trigger lockout lever on a SFA 55 or 56 if I remember correctly.
