I have signed up with AirBnB, and have my bed and breakfast accommodation listed on their site.
But I would love to talk to anyone, on the telephone, who is already established with AirBnB.

Nope, only if they offer a table dāhĆ“te too. Which requires a load of different licensing and food hygiene qualifications.

Iāve done Chambre dāHĆ“te in past yearsā¦ comfortable bedroom/bathroom, delicious breakfast and āoff you goā¦ā.
Thatās quite enoughā¦

I am sure that you can choose to offer an evening meal or not.
If you do, you should be prepared to spend some time at the table with your guests. This is one of the rules.
