Travelling back to Bergerac yesterday we noticed some big changes at Southampton Airport with regards to Flybe.
Gone is the self-service check-in machines and now real people check you in, just like it used to be.
Very strict checks on the size of any cabin bags before you board at the check-in and also again before you board the plane, any oversize bags or cases found have to go in the hold.
Speaking with one of their staff, they said that no fare penalty will be issued !!!
