I have a question about the validity of a birth certificate.
I am french and my daughter born in the US.
I have an act of birth from her delivered by the french consulate in Washington of Dec 2016.
My question : is it still valid? I need to presented at the consulate of my state, for a request passport.

You will need a more recent birth certificate and your livret de famille.
