We lived in France in Tarn for two years but had to come back to the UK. However we offer independent Building Surveys for buyers in France in all departments. We are fully insured and of course you get a quality RICS report.
I am a Chartered RICS Building Surveyor with 25 years + experience. I can also CAD plans and advise on works or project manage if required. We have completed 20 surveys this last year since May from the Vendée down to the Pyrennees and across to the Alps.
Surveys turned round before the end of the ‘cooling off’ period subject to notice (usually a minimum of 1 week).
