I don’t know this application but other French government forms have done this to me when it didn’t like something you entered into one of the fields.
It may or may not have an error message on the field it doesn’t like when you go back.
Check for things like
…not ticking a box it didn’t really draw your attention to, that you are supposed to tick to agree to something or just to proceed
… letters in fields where they might expect a number - not always errored but still not accepted
…a field that looks blank and as though you don’t have to enter anything. Position in it and click - sometimes a popup list will show, one of which they want you to choose
…and my favourite, you may have simply taken too long to enter the form and have to do it again. Or late at night that function simply stops working because they run updates to various bits overnight - but without error or warning message.
Sometimes Chrome that most of us use, can have a fit If it’s really not working try using, say, Opera browser instead which is quite easygoing if you haven’t tightened its settings. Or try on a computer instead of phone, Or just give ticking Computer Mode on your phone browser a go, to see if the form will work that way.
If it’s daylight and not a weekend, public holiday or strike day, you could call them. They might tell you that this or that function is working in their app, but not online or vice versa. (I’m looking at you, EDF and CPAM).
Yep tried everything there isnt much
Assuming that this is a french web site. It appears you have translated it, i have often found that when translated many sites seem to not work correctly - ANTS for example. My advice would be to put it back to original language before hitting submit.

I’m surprised that this is being handled by the Times Literary Supplement website , there should be a sensible limit to international outsourcing.
You’ll get there eventually, but it’s good practice for dealing with France online…
Once in France if you get really stuck, see if there’s a local branch of France Connect who can help

I recall a problem we encountered. I’d made an application to Manchester, if I remember correctly, but we wanted to have our interview at Edinburgh.
There’s a code in the application number. I mentioned it here: Longterm Stay in France: Health Care Cover Question - #16 by Porridge
Bref, I had to start it all again, applying for Edinburgh. The chap on the phone help line explained it.
No idea if that’s your problem. I do remember the online application system seeming to be like a training exercise for improving your patience.
Bon courage.
Sorted. I reviewed the forms. What had happened was that the website had moved the postcode out of the correct box leaving a blank box. It wasn’t a mistake by me as it did the same on wifes application. Double checked everything else was OK Don’t understand why it did that or why it gave a green tick. I need a beer or two.

A little foretaste of what’s to come.

Unfortunately, that’s the sort of thing they do…
Probably a software problem. These forms are just a bunch of code generated by some tool or other. Feedback to them and hopefully next time it’ll be fixed.
Thanks Guys and Gals.Oh I know all about it, built a house in Payrac 2007 and moved back b4 Brexit. If I ever get the time i"ll tell you about the 10 months to get the electric supply connected.
Myself and the wife recently had the pleasure of using the TLS site, it is not user friendly in the slightest, randomly changing entered data too, you need to be very very methodical and careful what you submit or you’ll find yourself making a return trip to their Visa centre as a result of a typo error.
We had Fragomen (Immigration Firm) helping us with our application too, plus my employers International Mobility Coordinator, thank goodness. But this still didn’t stop the smallest of typos creeping, necessitating a resubmittal and an annoying return to their Manchester Visa centre.
Surely a deliberate test to see if you’re temperamentally suited to all the high jinks yet to come. If you think you’re grumpy now…

Well it certainly brought out my very best Victor Meldrew catchphrase “I don’t believe it!”
You ain’t seen nothing yet.
After dealing with a public service all week I was feeling the same as helenochka.
It feels a bit like India without the bribes or dare I say it, a little bit like dealing with Russia from time to time used to be. Head-bangingly frustrating.
You’re right, it’s the Soviet Union with knobs on. I got married there in 1987.
Apologies for my little pity party yesterday. Oddly, it was triggered by a day trip to Genoa. As I was leaving the station I spotted 2 white-bearded old geezers, both of them dead ringers for Uncle Albert from Only Fools & Horses. All plans to visit the Palazzo Spinola, via Garibaldi, etc. flew straight out of my head. For the next 2 hours there was nowhere I wanted to be more than shadowing these old guys in my dark glasses and the dank alleys of Genoa, eavesdropping on their conversation and drowning in their glorious cockney accents.
