My mobile provider has just moved to Bouyges Telecom. As part of the deal, they are offering internet box and service a bit cheaper than our existing provider, Orange. (We have fibre now, so apparently Orange are no longer responsible for the maintenance of the line?)
Anyone had experience of their service?

We have used them for our internet service, using 4G signal as no phone to the house. They don’t have English speaking operators if any problems…but the service has mostly been fine - although we did need a signal booster from them …which gives around 40mbps download…enough for me on my laptop…my wife on her iphone watching Thai TV…son online using his games…and other son watching tv…which is via a Firestick using the 4G signal. Some days it can be a little slow but mostly ok…and I watch a lot of sports streaming online! ariufotANy

Thank you - I was concerned about no dedicated English support but was assured (by my Bank) that they had support staff who spoke English…
Maybe a trial call before we commit!
