Examined in NI but not in the EU. I’m not sure how stringent that “examination” will be either. The boarder has been a hotbed of smuggling for a hundred years. The even used to (or maybe still do) launder red diesel.
Still goes on in the border areas. My last neighbour in Fermoy used to fill up his car with heating oil, that was until he got caught. Twas an expensive trip to Sligo.
