Hi All,
My wife and I are thinking of buying a holiday home in France which we’d use for family holidays and also rent out on AirBnB or similar for the time that we are not there. We are wondering how to manage the property while we are not there, deal with guests coming and going, making sure it is cleaned in between guests and getting things fixed when needed.
We are looking near to Avignon, in case anyone has any location specific advice that they can offer.
Would anyone with any experience with doing this be prepared to give advice on it??
