It took less than 10 seconds to spot at least 4 giveaways that it was fake.

Usually just look at the hands. They are hard to draw and AI can’t do decent jobs with them.

Yes it is obviously fake if you look properly, but passes for real at a casual glance as the hands have improved now. And why should I have to interrogate every image to check!!
