I have been chasing this crowd for five weeks to make an appointment to view a house. Three weeks ago I said we would get the ferry over tonight and be down there by 4 pm tomorrow to see the house as it is 7 hours from Roscoff. They said that should be ok but would confirm. I chased them constantly over the last three weeks. Finally last night I got a call saying they can only arrange 11 am tomorrow. The house has been on the market for two years. Not surprised just hope it isn't one of yours.

When we were looking in the Charente before buying in Burgundy, we came over to see a house and when we arrived it had already been sold and the agent with whom we had made our appointment had not been told.
Finally I arranged to see the house. Got the ferry last night to Roscoff and drove seven hours to Brantome. Two hours before I arrived got another email from them changing the meeting point to a village twelve kilometres away. When I asked why they said it would be closer to the house I had come all this way to see which they had advertised as in or near Brantome. Turned out to be nearly twenty kilometres away from where I had been told it was. End of my dealings with Capifrance. Good luck if anyone is still using them. DrivinG back tomorrow .

i had my house for sell with them, it fact it is still for sale with them at the wrong price even after numerous telephone and e mails. i was just trying to find the guy i dealt with in the admin he was english speaker answered the english line telephone number off there website he was excellent his name was David Breuillon,Head of International Dpt. chez CAPIFRANCE,Région de Montpellier , France, immobilier, not sure how you pronnouce his surname . he works out of the head office he maybe able to assist you

Martin, here in France many people use a multi-agency approach. It may be that this house is on with another agent who may be more helpful.
