yes, i've got mine but the 'company car' doesn't - but then again it doesn't have the alchohol thing, the spare bulbs, the triangle and hi-viz or a CT, so i thought i'd start somewhere!

the standard constat is available from all insurers, you usually get a copy with your insurance ;-)

Your insurance company has the physical ones, so maybe they will have them on the website to download? You can never be sure in France!
