Hi. I have just bought a used car. I have just noticed that the ins ticket runs out today. Would I be able to use my existing cars ins until I can sort it out. I wanted to use it tomorrow ,but my ins office is shut ,so cannot sort it out.

Just do it all online Bill - you can print your temp vignette immediately.

I use https://www.lolivier.fr/ - part of the Admiral Group.

Also, 2 points…the insurance on the used car you’ve bought would have to have been transferred into your name (i.e. as the new owner) for it to continue to be valid (irrelevant now!).
You most definitely cannot use another cars insurance to cover your newly acquired used car.
