Has anybody else used this page successfully?
A few months back I did raise an issue via their support area to which they did respond saying they didn’t know why and would get back to me….nobody has yet!
It isn’t a drama for me as I have an EU passport but Mrs B does use the carte when travelling on her UK passport.
We updated ours recently after a change of address. We had similar problems that were eventually resolved using some, if not all of @JaneJones suggestions.
