Hey @Damaris_Kuzminski just wanted to let you know directly my CDS was approved on Friday… good luck with yours!! I gather the dropdown box was fixed so hopefully a smooth process!

Hi. Help please. As long as I keep the page in French, I can now select Britannique in the first drop down list “Pays de naissance * :” However in the next drop down box “Pays de naissance * :” I am still unable to select correctly. Any suggestions?
I am applying for a residency permit as spouse of an EU citizen.
( I have UK nationality, UK passport, spouse of EU (Irish) passport holder)

Variants on this glitch keep coming up, to the frustration of users. Assuming the glitch doesn’t correct itself on the first working day afterwards, put any entry in, then clearly explain in the box at the end (for any comments you wish to make to the administration.) that you are unable to select Royaume Uni (or whatever the drop down should say) due to a technology problem. Refer to your Brit passport presumably unloaded elsewhere for confirmation. Best of luck.

Using the regular online EU carte de séjour application form on ANEF/France Titres, why not select the nationality of your EU husband from the drop down list. After that, very clearly explain in the ‘free form’ field at the end of the online form exactly why you’ve been ‘forced’ to do that, and then specifically draw their attention to your UK passport, which you’ve presumably uploaded as part of the normal EU CdS application process. There’s presumably some IT programming glitch involved, producing the list of EU countries only. It’s a bit disappointing they haven’t resolved this problem to date.
