Please forgive my confusion but I applied for and received my CdS last year, do I have to apply again ?

simply - yes but the procedure for the WA CdS is abbreviated for those who already have the pre-WA version. According to Joyce’s link, probably only your passport for identification purposes and your CdS will be required.
