CPAM have all the info - as I can see from my account…my CV works perfectly.
however my wife’s stopped working during the CPAM update process. the lady in the pharmacy said to just apply to get a new physical card…
I would infer from that, that the card is physically damaged rather than an issue with your rights. You could check your attestation de droits to be sure and order a new card if necessary.

its how to apply for a new physical card for my wife, and how long it might take as she is due to meet a consultant for a knee op in 1 month…and currently cant use the CV.
all of the Droits are fine for both of us, and I know the S1’s are registered as my CV now works perfectly after being told its being processed.
its now all fine.
such a pain doing the process every year; but necessary so im not complaining - too much…
There is a drop down menu which includes applying for a replacement card. If you have a suitable electronic image to upload everything can be done online.

it only gives the options of loss, theft or renewal…
so we just said loss…and then it cancels that card and you need to apply for a replacement…
