Does anyone have any idea why, we do not appear to be getting our reimbursements back from CPAM any more. Retired residents, never had problems before with this, but just checked statements for last 6 months and nothing refunded.

Doctor is registered with them, consultant fee's not partially reimbursede and just had bloods done so bit concerned now as also have hospital stay arranged.

Any ideas please.
