Should not have watched that during my lunch break. People look at you in a strange way when you’re laughing out loud with headphones on.

Made me smile - thanks!

A worthy partner for Del Boy… they could prattle… oh pot pourri… together…:stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

(Teresa Shipley) #8

The beauty of this character was that she was really clever. Just another teen who wanted to fit in at the expense of her education. My favourite was with David Tennant as the english teacher. At the end of the sketch she quotes a whole piece of Shakespeare.

Catherine rocks!

Oh, ma crêpe suzette…

I love the sonnets and that one in particular  I have just made a class of 1ère learn sonnet 18 off by heart (shall I compare thee to a summer’s day etc)
Shelley is on their menu for the holidays.

I absolutely love Catherine Tate and all of her characters…she’s just really really funny…

I also love her nan character…x

(Teresa Shipley) #14

Nan was based on a visit to a care home . When she and her fellow students were sent to entertain them this particular old lady would swear at them for being in front of the tv.
