CDS Interview

I think that many folk in UK are also coming to that conclusion, or how many of the ostriches will believe
it is all down to Covid?

@rendi60 , guess it must have been when they were maxed out, we rang S-Br. twice some weeks ago and they were most helpful, but last week a friend was told they were not at the moment taking phone calls.

some departments are now in a totally flurry trying to get sorted and are not allowing changes other than from extremely serious medical reasons (ie in hospital). There are also a lot of Brits trying to chop and change to suit their holiday plans which is going down like a lead balloon. If you look at the wording it is not actually an appointment it is a ‘convocation’ or a summons and should be treated as such and put above other commitments.

yes, indeed… things are very strict now.

Perigueux were “proposing a rendez vous” in the early days… my words were correct to the best of my knowledge of 24 days ago…

Things have gone haywire as you say and some Brits messing things up just to go on holiday is simply not good enough (in my view…others are entitled to totally disagree…)

Actually, on reflection… folk who have been waiting for months and months and heard absolutely nothing… can be forgiven for making arrangements… totally unknowing that these would clash with an “out of the blue” summons for interview…

this has been a difficult time for so many people, stress and blood pressure levels getting higher and higher…

Let’s hope folk will soon be able to relax.

Good luck every body…
