Does anyone know about this please?
Our cleaning lady is in the Cesu system and I pay her through Cesu+ which makes life really easy. The only bit that isn’t working is the Activer l’avance immédiate de crédit d’impôt function. When I click on it and enter all the information, tax reference, etc, it just says it isn’t working and to ask the tax people. I wondered if it’s because I wasn’t born in France.
It’s not a disaster to wait until next year for the tax relief but it would be nice to have.
I use this with no problem. It is separate from our other CESU account so was an extra bit of admin to set up.

Thank you, I will. I’ve already tried several times though and if it doesn’t work the next time I might contact Cesu. Last time I rang they were pretty helpful, I thought.
I’ve just checked back on what we did, and we started this way. We got some IT help under CESU and the man who is an EI did the inscription.
