Hi! Moving next April from Phoenix to Rennes. I’m willing to get rid of almost all my belongings but there are a small trunk, a chest, a mirror and maybe 3 medium boxes that have sentimental value. I rant can’t pay 4k for LCL hoping for half that. I don’t care if it takes weeks to get them. I’m willing to drive them to LA if that’s cheaper for port to port. Any ideas? I’ve put in for several quotes and $$$$$. Thank you, any advice is truly appreciated.

I can only reccommend https://internationalmoving.com/ It was from NY but I know a few others in the US that have used them. From the West Coast prob months not weeks I am not sure of the prices these days with everything going on with oil costs

Try an online search using the term ‘LCL shipping Phoenix to France’ and take it from there.
There are loads of companies dealing with ‘Less Than a Container’ international freight trans-shipping and they should collect from your residence too.

A fellow SF-ista is moving from Port Angeles, WA to FR. Their shipment is either now en route or very soon as they arr in FR themselves on 26 May.
