John, I think that I have just worked out why I get so mad at all the tech s**t. It was, just as you said, I either spoke with someone who was a REAL person, in person or, called someone, who again, was a real person, and it was all sorted. Now, on calls I get options, followed by music, followed by a message ‘All of our agents are busy right now, please go to our website where most of your queries can be handled. On the website I get a bot that takes me round and around to FAQ’s. What a malarkey. ![]()
