Chia strawberry jam

What’s wrong with just squishing the strawberry onto whatever bread etc you use. There will be liquid so you could add chia and overnight it will thicken on its own

I haven’t tried that Corona. I would imagine, if I spread that on my toast, it would go soggy and certainly leaving it overnight my toast would be cold.

The chia makes a nice set and getting the balance of lemon juice to honey right gives it the sweetness it needs. Certainly easier, and hopefully healthier than boiling oodles of sugar for a long time waiting to get the right set.

Sounds good I’ve only used chia on my pets
