OTOH it’s just a different take on Christmas, like South Africans trying to braii a turkey on the beach at Plett. But I shouldn’t imagine too many other Aussies are wearing sweaters of any kind over Christmas - more likely Antipodean, Santa style, red, fur-trimmed budgie smugglers?
