Confused by email from Ameli Rappel Vaccination COVID-19

I must be missing something where is and what is this simulator ?

Scroll up to post number 3 and you’ll see the website address “ Mon rappel vaccin etc” which tells you when you are eligible for the next dose.

I don’t think you are Lily. That was my concern. For most of us at the moment I think it stops at three. I’m assuming that @Glen_Margaret_Griffi has had a fourth because of special health issues.

Here is the Simulator (again), so you can put in your details
and find out when you need your 3rd Jab.

If you’ve had your 3rd already
 no need to bother !!!

Also
no need to bother for those whose health situation means they need more jabs then the “bog-standard” person
your Doc can/will sort you out with any special requirements

I did say if you need an extra jab it will be through your specialist.

We’ve had our third (August), but we haven’t had our QR code sent to us.

Has anyone who has received this ‘reminder’ also got their QR code - some friends of ours received theirs a couple of days after their third jab. They are also getting reminders.

I have spent the past few days trying to get one, but Ameli make it impossible to contact them to ask (if anyone knows how to, please let me know). I have asked at a local office (Ameli list them for various places close to me) but all they did was try to access the site through the same route I took, and our pharmacy (another Ameli suggestion) had the same problem. We had ours done at a local hospital, but were told they no longer do them there. My next step is to make an appointment with our doctor.

have you tried at your Ameli account on line (link below)

https://assure.ameli.fr/PortailAS/appmanager/PortailAS/assure

Messagerie in your Ameli account? I had a difficult job getting mine, but in the end the Pharmacy printed out one for me.

Messagerie
it’s in the area marked “demarches en 2 clics”
 at the bottom
the pdf will have been automatically updated
even if the “date” of the message is old

it calls itself Attestation
but the pdf is Pass Sanitaire with all the bells and whistles

Thanks for the replies - I have tried the route you suggest Stella, but I think what has happened is that for some reason proof of our third vaccine never got to the database, because all that I can get is the QR codes for our first and second doses.

I think someone must have slipped up at the vaccination centre.

JaneJ - nothing in the messagerie, and all the pharmacy got me was a printout of the codes for the first two, which we already have of course and which we carry around with us, and they are also in our Anticovid app wallets.

Have you tried sending them a message??

Gosh
 what a nuisance for you
 hope it gets sorted soon
a word with your Doctor might well solve things

best of luck.

Jane - Ameli doesn’t accept emails - as I said in my first post, they make it impossible to contact them, it’s extremely frustrating. They have a bot (?) that you can ‘talk’ to where you can post a question, max 170 characters. I posted one of about 50, saying that I hadn’t received my QR code, and received the reply that they (it) prefers short questions!

You can! It’s well hidden but it exists

go into your account, and click on mes dĂ©marchĂ©s. Then at the bottom of the list is “espace d’exchanges”. Click on that.

Then on the left is “j’ai un question” icon. Click on that.

The blessed Ameli Bot pops up

but click on “poser un question à un conseiller”.

Then Ameli Bot tells you to “cliquer ici” to choose your subject
and you will get a list of headings. Choose the most appropriate, and it will take you to FAQs, but at the bottom of the list is “j’écris un message”

Voila!!

Yes, that’s exactly the bot I was referring to in my previous post.

My question to the bot was:
"J’ai fait ma troisieme vaccination 31 aout. Pourquoi je n’ai jamais recu mon code QR? "

As said, this was the bot’s reply:
"Je comprends beaucoup mieux quand on me pose des questions courtes. Par exemple “je n’ai pas eu mes IJ”!

Why an answer such as this, when there’s room for 150 characters?

If you go via my route you are allowed 1000 characters
.it’s not the same.

Thanks Jane, sorry for the confusion. I didn’t go down that route because I didn’t think there was an appropriate question! However, I’ve taken a chance and clicked on ‘Droits et demarches’ (it seemed just remotely appropriate) and posted the same question as stated earlier. Hope it doesn’t get chucked out! No harm in trying.

Won’t hear anything now till next week of course. I’ll post their reply, if it’s printable!

Surprise, surprise, got a reply this morning (Saturday) from a real person (I think). Briefly, they have no record of our third vaccinations, and suggest we return to where we had them done. Did that Friday am, but the hospital where they were done doesn’t do them any more. So I’ve made an appointment for a third vaccination at where we think they’ve moved to - we tried yesterday (Friday pm) to see someone on the offchance but people were queing and they would only deal with appointments. Bit cheeky perhaps but it seems the only way to get to see someone - Monday pm. On verra!

Spoke to the people at the vaccination centre, had a job convincing them that the problem was real, but showed them the print out of the conversation I had with Ameli (thanks again, Jane).
However, long story short, we were taken to a woman on a computer terminal, gave her the paper copies and presto, out of the printer came our forms with QR codes. She had simply entered the information that someone had forgotten to do at the hospital where we had them done. The date of the third injections is now stated as 11 Aug instead of 31 Aug, so she made a small mistake, but I didn’t realise it at the time and I’m not going back. I suppose it means that when it’s time for the fourth injection we will really be at the front of the queue! I did ask her if there had been other people with the same problem, and when I told her which hospital we’d used, she gave a smile, ‘Oui’, and a brief look skywards.
