Ok, mine dont swivel but cant say flat beam has been detrimental. The driving lights are HID’s but main beams are conventional halogen.
I haven’t noticed any difference with my French cars as both the Citroen and Peugeot have HIDs with the kick up, the Elgrand is definitely better on country roads with the swiveling headlights, you notice quite a big difference when switching them off as they have a much wider spread on the ditch/ hedges, I have seen quite a few deer and hares that I probably wouldn’t have normally in time.
