Hope someone here can maybe answer…

The CT on my Disco 3 is due soon, I’ve got an amber light for the electronic handbrake on the dash, but the brake works ok. Does anyone know if the (amber) light is a reason for a failure/contre visite?

Yep, it’s a fail if any lights are up?
