Please does anyone know how I can make a short-notice or walk-in appointment to have an antigen test in 61 or thereabouts? I have to travel to England on Tuesday evening and the test needs to be within 48hrs of departure.

Just go on the sante.fr website (depistage covid), put your dept in and it will come up with a list of places
Most pharmacies apparently doing, results on the spot in 20-30min, though likely most prefer you to enquire about a specific time to come, a bit ahead rather than walk in
