I’ve had this before, especially with French websites. EDF used to not work on Firefox, I had to use Safari. I won’t touch anything Google (i.e. Chrome) if I can help it.
Why developers can’t write & test for all major browsers before they release things is beyond me. So much time must be wasted for those effected by this laziness, not to mention the help desks.
I appreciate this is a few days old now, but I was alarmed by the possibility of scams, so I logged on ok and everything is fine…however, as others have said, there is a new format which some may find daunting, with a customer service annoucement about the “new look” sign on page.
Yes, once you get over that horrible basic entry page you get the familiar green and white one turn up again. I was shocked when I found the change as there are no emails anywhere from CA notifying me of it and they usually send out stuff very quickly
Something I miss… is the Green Banner which would appear at the top, moments after I had clicked on the Green Arrow to disconnect.
I hate clicking away and possibly leaving the connection open to who knows what.
I know it sounds daft, but I was comforted by that Green Banner saying I was “disconnected…” now, I hesitate… aaargh.
