Credit Agricole online account access

Tried to log into my personal space yesterday to check online account etc and the format went very strange indeed and the same again just now. Anyone else with CA having the same problem of pages coming u p with no CA logos or green and white format. Am also finding I cannot escape the page too unless I type in another site in the top page.

Try clearing cookies.

The site design has completely changed, and not for the better.

I had a email message from CA to go look at my messages on their website. The format has changed and I had difficulty logging in. To login now you have to fill in 11 digits and then the usual 6 digit code. The 11 digits is your bank account number.

Oh thanks so much all of you, thought something bad had happened to my MAC or account. Will try and see what happens or go upto the branch and see my pet conseilleur. Why do they have to mess with things that work well, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Did you find them? We had difficulty locating the messagerie

It worked and I ended up to disconnect with their usual green and white page. What a horrible new way to get into your personal space though.

I just logged in and at the top of the page is an envelope symbol - messagerie - which I clicked and saw my messages. I think all is functioning as it should, with maybe a few glitches. CA are known for glitches I think.

We’ve just had this from CA for their glitches

“In recognition of the service failures you’ve experienced, We are able to offer you €100 as compensation. This will be credited to your account within 24 hours of you giving me the go ahead.“

Hmmm! Is that true or a scam trying to get your info. Why would you need to give the go ahead as no one would refuse any money freely given. I would contact your bank and ask if true or scammers trying to get you plus it says give “me” the go ahead. No one personally would have sent that unless you already arranged it with your local branch. Very suspicious to me

That’s is what I found odd because I have never had any problems online before in all the years I have been with two different branches and regions. I think the bank account page is genuine as it had marked up the next transaction I did yesterday with the shopping and a scammer would not have known that and where I shopped.

But I agree with Shiba: following a comma with a capital isn’t what I’d expect from CA.

Still, always hopeful! It’s definitely glitchy: I had to use the browser refresh in order to get through to my synthese.

I’ve had no real problems with CA in all the years, about 30 or so, I’ve had an account, except with my local branch recently when I threatened legal action for not unblocking my ability to transfer money from current account to savings account, and vice versa. It was their glitch which lasted for several months. I also threatened as a long-standing customer to transfer to CA Britline. We are now on good terms again and I remain their customer.

Thanks everyone for your responses, it was comforting to know it is not just me or my PC. You can’t be too careful these days with all the sophisticated scammers out there now trying to take your hard earned money.

For what its worth,.the CA Ma Banque app is - as usual - working smoothly.I must admit I almost never use the online version except to electronically sign some banking document. Fingerprint access, so no codes needed to be entered, (except for the Securipass confirmation of an online purchase). Overall I think it’s quite a good app.

CA don’t write to me in English, never have done.
All their contacts phone, email or online account.. are in French, so I would look slightly askance at something in English.

Their layout has now changed, but opening my banking info has not.. always been 11 numbers then 6 number code… for access. (and my extra-special, secret-squirrel code is imprinted on my brain, thank heavens)

The CA app is much less of a faff to use and it does everything you need for regular day to day banking.

It’s from the Head of the bank, so definitely legit. The need to give them go ahead is whether we’ll accept €100 or want to fight for more.

I also found I couldn’t access my on-line account last weekend when they changed the software. I rang them up and they said it was because I was using Firefox. They said use Google or the App. Now If I’m on my PC I have to use Google as they suggested and it works but I have to press 3 more buttons. Progress!
