All are prone to sloth, or avolitional to be more technical and shifty. I include myself too these days. A combination of age, poor diet and lousy weather. No heating oil over Christmas and the New Year, I fear. Delivery on 3 January.
Long seafarers’ socks, a flat cap, acrylic scarf, flannel shirt and dressing gown over clothing keep my core ( such as remains of it) warmish.
