Creme Fraiche

Yes, used 500gm crème fraîche, juice of 3 Séville oranges and 200gm sugar, dissolve sugar in juice, as to crème fraîche, freeze a minimum of 3 hrs.
Similar recipe with other citrus and fruit should work too, I’m going to be doing some thorough research :yum:

Sadly Grom got bought by Unilever, very cheaply, but not bad for a few years work by the founders

I believe there are 11 companies that supply the world with highly processed food. The label of ingredients is where I decide to buy or not. Hence why looking to make my own gelato icecream.

It’s only american/Italians who want to change Gelato, real Italians stick to quality traditional Gelato, Like Chilli & Chocolate :slight_smile:
