I thought the CSPE tax they'd added to electricity bills had been ruled as illegal and therefore should no longer be added. Has anyone else got their latest bill and the charge has been added?? I know it hasn't been decided if they'll refund tax already paid but surely if it's ruled as illegal they cannot carry on charging it?
