Depends where you are. Round us, no they donāt. Big supermarkets are open Sunday morning and general homeware stores like Centrokor and Gifi open Sunday afternoons.

Exactly the same experience with Simer 86 in sud Vienne and unlimited visits to the dĆ©chetterie, pass card never checked. Long may it last and I havenāt gone and spoilt it ha ha
Ours, also in 86, needs the pass to open the barrier.

every leyroy merlin and brico depo I have tried are always open on a Sunday I guess it is just where you are

I have checked the site for my bins and it is definitely 6 60L collections a year for ā¬109 and 12 dechetterie visits in which you also have a weight limit. You can pay a small fee for extra bin rubbish but not sure on how much extra the dechetterie would charge

Iām surprised no-one has yet mentioned the alternative spelling - we have two signs within 50m of each other, both different.
We noticed that too and asked our friend if they were both correct. She said quite firmly that the spelling with one t is correct; the other is not.
