Ermm…the taxe d’aménagement is not nothing. Maybe the people in your Mairie are rich! But it is a one-off. Link below to give you an idea. Any dépendances like a garden shed are then also considered in the overall calculation of taxe d’hab, but that is much more likely to be a minor increase.
