Recently we used a guy called Paddy Acheson to pick up our daughter's 'stoof' from Paris and bring it - and her - down here to the Lot. Paddy's new-ish to the area and is intending to do shopping runs to the UK and back as from May of this year (picking up groceries and the like and delivering them in France). For the moment, he's available for fetching, carrying, delivering - that kind of thing. He's got a capacious van and the price he charged us was very reasonable.
