Just a quick question that somebody may be able to answer. We received a delivery from DHL, it arrived whilst we were out and hours after the post girl had done her rounds. The parcel was left in our post box. Does anyone know if it is legal for them to have a key?
That's what I thought - am going to be asking some questions of DHL - will go through the UK customer services though, the French CS department are worse than useless.
Hi Bernadette, not sure if it is legal, but La Poste have a master key for all French letter boxes, don't think DHL have though!
