I’m asking for a friend here - he’s French but in the UK and his mum (who lives near Orthez) would like to improve her conversational English by meeting some English speakers who’d like to improve their French.

Hello Caryn, may I suggest you remove your email from the message you’ve just sent to @cat .

This is a public forum and can be seen by anyone. The best thing to do is to send Cat a private message which you can do by clicking on her picture and a box comes up which includes a blue rectangle with “message” in it. What you write then goes just to her.
