The weekly puzzle took me until just now. Thanks for telling me that there actually was a weekly puzzle - I didn’t know. Does anyone else get to the last couple of words and wonder how you possibly missed them, because they’re so obvious?
Yes, all the time! It’s always the little 4 letter ones that defeat me.

Texan does not work as a bonus word on today’s grid - which seems extremely odd, why not for goodness’ sake?
Other perfectly reasonable words don’t seem to count either

As for the daily one, lots of perfectly ok words weren’t allowed and rubbishy silly words were, pfffff

I’d noticed on a previous one that no nationalities seem to be accepted.

I’ve been having a go at the poetry “special” in between times. Haven’t got incredibly far but I do keep seeing new things. It’s big!
What is it? On the squaredle site?
Yes - if you click on the funny little notebook icon top left of the puzzle, then choose specials, it gives a list of them starting with paid ones and then going on and on through free ones and the poetry one is a long way down the list. I’ll try a screenshot if you can’t see it…
