Double charged at manned intermarche gas station till

Hi all, need advice

So my family stopped at a intermarche gas station to fill up and you had to pay at the manned till instead of the machine. We are using a Royal mail travel money card.

We paid the cashier €98 and drove off. We discovered later that we’ve been charged TWICE in both euros and GPD.

The money has actually been taken from the travel account, it’s not on hold or pending, it’s been taken.

Obviously we’re going to dispute the charge but has this happened to anyone else and what advice could you offer? I may be slow with any replies, I’m currently only on WiFi, not data.

Hello, is this a garage problem or a royal mail money card problem? Maybe call the royal mail people.
