This is about as energetic as we got today. More of the same for the rest of the weekend. Weather is absolutely glorious this weekend - feels just like home!

Just off to help with the egg hunt…and its started raining. Drat!
hopefully, the rain will not be enough to dampen the enthusiasm of Kids of all ages… 
Certainly seemed to be lots of enthusiasm… but sensibly the arrangement is that the kids lay out their haul at the end and share it equally so that helps equalise balance between bigger kids and smaller ones.

We always made the children share. Our most memorable egg hunt was when my mil had moderate Alzheimer’s and went round picking up the eggs behind my husband. She just couldn’t understand why we were putting chocolate eggs around the garden.
