Anyone near Pau should try Chez Courbet, Sevignacq Theze, family run and loads of local dishes which they will mix and match to your own tastes. Reasonably priced and always very friendly!! Wonder if they have any tables for tonight? May have talked myself into it, and its only 10 minutes up the road.
