It’s a bloody eyesore! It is on the face that you see as you come over the hill from the west, which as those who know it, is the famous view that appears in about 90% of all La Cite photographs. Instead of being amazed by the view you just think WTF! As you first see it it just looks like a series of yellow patches. Some of the local French are demanding people be prosecuted for allowing it.
