I have an outbuilding that I would like to convert to a 1 bedroom gite and I wondered if anyone had any idea how much it would cost to have a separate electricity supply and meter installed. It would be less than 100 metres to the existing mains pylon the supplies the lane.
And also are there minimum room sizes in the french building regs?
